The registered migrants can be classified on the basis of the type of housing, access to sanitation and number of people they are sharing their accommodation with.The QoL has been ranked from 1 to 6, where 1 represents "poor" and 6 represents "Very good".

• 6 = Own House - Own Toilet
• 5 = Own House - Shared Toilet
• 4 = Rented Room in a Slum - Own Toilet
• 3 = Rented Room in a Slum - Shared Toilet
• 2 = Dormitory - Own Toilet
• 1 = Dormitory - Shared Toilet
