Surat Municpal Corporation enforces The Bombay Nursing Homes Registration Act-1949 for mandatory registration of all the Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Laboratory/Radio Diagnosis Centers including details of the staff employed by them & facilities available.
સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકાની માસિક સાધારણ સભાના ઠરાવ નં.ર૩૦/ર૦૧૮ તા.ર૯-૦૬-ર૦૧૮ થી ''નર્સીંગ હોમ્સરજીસ્ટ્રેશન એકટ''નું ૧પ ઓગષ્ટ, ર૦૧૮ ના રોજ થી અમલીકરણ કરવામાં આવેલ છેઅને સદર એકટ હેઠળ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવું ફરજિયાત છે. નર્સીંગ હોમ્સ/હોસ્પિટલો, લેબોરટરી તથા રેડીયો ડાયગ્નોસ્ટીક સેન્ટરોદ્વારા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નવીનીકરણ માટે ટૂંક સમયમાં પોર્ટલ ઉપર રિન્યુઅલ એપ્લીકેશન કરી શકાશે.
