DREAM City is developed with keeping trading of DIAMOND at pinnacle. SDB Diamond Bourse is the anchor tenant of DREAM City. Many institutes and other Private companies are going to run their business through DREAM City. Local body (Surat Municipal Corporation) and Urban Development Authority are stakeholders with Government of Gujarat.
